Responsibility:
1. Responsible for developing dyeing technology management processes and specifications, and supervising their implementation;
2. Responsible for the analysis, color evaluation, judgment and summary of the situation in the implementation of dyeing technology;5. Responsible for the communication and coordination of relevant departments and the management of on-site 6S and staff skill training in the workshop.

崗位職責(zé):
1、根據(jù)公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,協(xié)助總裁做好各工廠生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃并監(jiān)督實(shí)施,負(fù)責(zé)人、事、物的日常管理,協(xié)調(diào)下屬各部門間的協(xié)作,做好與其他部門的溝通,保證公司整體運(yùn)營(yíng)的有效運(yùn)行;
2、負(fù)責(zé)組織公司生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的制定、審核、批準(zhǔn),組織產(chǎn)銷協(xié)調(diào),完善產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作規(guī)程,組織、實(shí)施、監(jiān)督產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)工作;
3、負(fù)責(zé)制定物流管理流程,規(guī)范物流服務(wù)管理,改善物流運(yùn)作系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)物流成本的優(yōu)化,并管理物流資源及供應(yīng)商,并不斷提升物流服務(wù)水平;
4、負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)相關(guān)的外聯(lián)關(guān)系維護(hù)處理,以保持良好的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)狀態(tài),負(fù)責(zé)環(huán)保、消防、衛(wèi)生檢疫、安全、職業(yè)健康等各項(xiàng)安全事宜,配合藥監(jiān)、環(huán)保、安監(jiān)、公安、消防等政府部門的年檢及檢查工作,確保公司生產(chǎn)工作的正常運(yùn)行;同時(shí)做好與業(yè)務(wù)部門的對(duì)接聯(lián)動(dòng),為業(yè)務(wù)服務(wù)提供及時(shí)、可靠、完備的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)支持;
5、負(fù)責(zé)運(yùn)營(yíng)成本和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的控制,不斷提高和改善運(yùn)營(yíng)效率和產(chǎn)品品質(zhì);
6、負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)管理后備人才梯隊(duì)的建設(shè)培養(yǎng),做好工廠管理干部的傳幫帶管理工作;
7、完成上級(jí)交代的其他工作。
