崗位職責(zé):
1、根據(jù)公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,協(xié)助總裁做好各工廠生產(chǎn)計劃并監(jiān)督實施,負責(zé)人、事、物的日常管理,協(xié)調(diào)下屬各部門間的協(xié)作,做好與其他部門的溝通,保證公司整體運營的有效運行;
2、負責(zé)組織公司生產(chǎn)計劃的制定、審核、批準(zhǔn),組織產(chǎn)銷協(xié)調(diào),完善產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作規(guī)程,組織、實施、監(jiān)督產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)工作;
3、負責(zé)制定物流管理流程,規(guī)范物流服務(wù)管理,改善物流運作系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)物流成本的優(yōu)化,并管理物流資源及供應(yīng)商,并不斷提升物流服務(wù)水平;
4、負責(zé)生產(chǎn)相關(guān)的外聯(lián)關(guān)系維護處理,以保持良好的生產(chǎn)運營狀態(tài),負責(zé)環(huán)保、消防、衛(wèi)生檢疫、安全、職業(yè)健康等各項安全事宜,配合藥監(jiān)、環(huán)保、安監(jiān)、公安、消防等政府部門的年檢及檢查工作,確保公司生產(chǎn)工作的正常運行;同時做好與業(yè)務(wù)部門的對接聯(lián)動,為業(yè)務(wù)服務(wù)提供及時、可靠、完備的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)支持;
5、負責(zé)運營成本和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的控制,不斷提高和改善運營效率和產(chǎn)品品質(zhì);
6、負責(zé)生產(chǎn)管理后備人才梯隊的建設(shè)培養(yǎng),做好工廠管理干部的傳幫帶管理工作;
7、完成上級交代的其他工作。
